Large Blue Textured Heart with Beads
I have made this heart wall art piece using stoneware clay and translucent blue glaze. The glaze highlights the texture I have added to the surface by hand. Wire is attached for hanging and some lava, sodalite and silver coloured beads adds a finishing touch. This heart is cut out by hand, not a cutter so is perfectly imperfect.
This heart measures 17.5cm x 9.8cm wide (31cm including the wire).
This has been been made with care over several days and fired twice in the ceramic kiln at a high temperature.
My handmade ceramics are priced to reflect the amount of time spent and materials used making each individual piece.
Due to the handmade nature no two are identical, this adds to the charm of each piece.
