Shipping to Europe (including Northern Ireland)
Unfortunately, due to changes in international shipping requirements, I am currently unable to ship to Europe (including Northern Ireland).
Shipping to the United States
Unfortunately, as of July 2026, I am currently unable to ship orders to the United States.
Recent changes to US tariff and customs requirements have created additional administration and complexity which, as a small independent maker, I am currently unable to manage alongside making and fulfilling orders.
I am very sad to have had to make this decision, and I apologise to my wonderful customers in the United States who have supported my work over the years. This is not a decision I have taken lightly, and I hope that I will be able to offer US shipping again in the future if the process becomes more manageable.

Shipping to Canada
Parcels to Canada are sent using a tracked service via Royal Mail. All duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid by you when your parcel arrives, if applicable.
Packaging/Recycling
I try to use as much recycled packaging as possible, I have even been known to reuse sellotape in the past! My priority is to get your purchases to you safely and therefore I will use what I have available to ensure that. However I always ensure your item is wrapped in tissue paper, string and a little clay button or embellishment making it gift ready.
Sustainable Packaging, Responsible Choices
I am dedicated to lessening my environmental impact through thoughtful packaging choices. The packaging I use is crafted from recycled materials and/or is easily recyclable, supporting a circular economy. Embracing biodegradable options, it breaks down naturally, promoting a cleaner planet. Additionally, I extend my commitment by reusing packaging materials that have been delivered or given to me, further contributing to sustainability.
Breakages/Damages
As mentioned I do everything I can to ensure your parcel arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event of something arriving damage please contact me and if possible send a photo of the damaged piece AND the packaging. This will help any claim I can make with Royal Mail.
Returns
If you have a change of mind you are entitled to return the goods to me in the same condition you received them. I would ask you to take care when re-packaging and ensure you get proof of postage. I will refund the cost of product excluding postage providing it arrives back in perfect condition. Any breakages due to insufficient packaging or poor wrapping will be your responsibility.
