Shipping to Ireland
I am happy to ship to the Republic of Ireland. Due to Brexit (I voted remain!), there may be duties and customs taxes to pay. These are all the responsilibity of the buyer. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to purchase from the ROI.
Shipping to US / Canada / Australia
All parcels send to the US, Canada or Australia are sent using a tracked service. All duties and taxes incurred are the responsiblity of the buyer.
International Customs/Import Tax
All duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I will send international parcels Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). It is your responsiblity to pay any charges that incur.
Packaging/Recycling
I try to use as much recycled packaging as possible, I have even been known to reuse sellotape in the past! My priority is to get your purchases to you safely and therefore I will use what I have available to ensure that. However I always ensure your item is wrapped in tissue paper, string and a little clay button or embellishment making it gift ready.

I am dedicated to lessening my environmental impact through thoughtful packaging choices. The packaging I use is crafted from recycled materials and/or is easily recyclable, supporting a circular economy. Embracing biodegradable options, it breaks down naturally, promoting a cleaner planet. Additionally, we extend our commitment by reusing packaging materials that have been delivered or given to us, further contributing to sustainability.
Breakages/DamagesAs mentioned I do everything I can to ensure your parcel arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event of something arriving damage please contact me and if possible send a photo of the damaged piece AND the packaging. This will help any claim I can make with Royal Mail.
Returns
If you have a change of mind you are entitled to return the goods to me in the same condition you received them. I would ask you to take care when re-packaging and ensure you get proof of postage. I will refund the cost of product excluding postage providing it arrives back in perfect condition. Any breakages due to insufficient packaging or poor wrapping will be your responsibility.
