When will new items be available?
I release new collections throughout the year, but pieces are made in small batches and often sell quickly. The best way to know when something new is coming is to sign up for my newsletter - I announce every release there first.
Do you take custom orders?
At the moment I don’t take on custom work, as I focus on small-batch collections. Each release includes a variety of designs, so there’s usually something for everyone.
Will you be restocking sold-out pieces?
Many of my designs are limited edition and won’t be restocked once they’re gone. Occasionally I’ll bring back a popular style in a future collection, but I can’t guarantee it.
Where are your ceramics made?
Every piece is handmade in my studio in Ruislip, Greater London. Each one is individually shaped, glazed, and kiln-fired for strength and longevity.
How long does delivery take, and where do you ship?
I ship via Royal Mail (UK) and tracked services internationally. UK orders usually arrive in 2–5 working days. Overseas shipping times vary and may be affected by customs. Read full delivery information ➝
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship within the UK , Canada and the United States. I would truly love to ship to Northern Ireland/Europe again once I can get my head around GSPR.
How should I care for my ceramics?
My ceramics are made for decorative and everyday use but are best treated with care. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes! If you’re buying a piece as a gift, I can wrap it in pretty tissue paper and include a small handwritten card with your message. I can also send the parcel directly to the recipient if you’d like. Just add your note and their address at checkout.
